AFCD Release 3, derived table (PULS3)

afcd_release3_derived.csv is a Derivative Work of the Australian Food
Composition Database Release 3, (c) Food Standards Australia New Zealand
(FSANZ).

It is distributed under the FSANZ Data User Licence Agreement:

Changes made by PULS3: from the "All solids & liquids per 100 g" sheet of
"AFCD Release 3 - Nutrient profiles.xlsx", five values per food were kept
(energy with dietary fibre in kJ, protein, available carbohydrate with sugar
alcohols, total fat, total dietary fibre, all per 100 g), values were rounded
to one decimal place, text was cleaned of control characters, rows failing
validation were left out, and search aliases may be added.

This work is based on Australian data, and Australian data may not be
appropriate for use in other countries. FSANZ does not endorse PULS3.

Limitation of Data Statement (FSANZ):
There are limitations associated with food composition databases. Food
composition data used in the database or databases may represent an average
of the nutrient content of a particular sample of foods and ingredients,
determined at a particular time. The nutrient composition of foods and
ingredients can vary substantially between batches and brands because of a
number of factors, including changes in season, processing practices and
ingredient source, and methods of calculation.
