Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

The short version. Your health data, conversation history and memory live on your device. When you sign in, they sync between your own devices end-to-end encrypted — our servers only ever hold data they can't read. When the coach needs to reply, your message (and any photo you share) is sent through a pseudonymous proxy to a third-party AI provider, used to generate the answer, and not kept by us; no human reviews it. We don't sell your data, and our analytics never include your health information.

1. Who we are

PULS3 (the "app") is operated by PULS3 PTY LTD, a company registered in Victoria, Australia ("PULS3", "we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app processes, how and why, and the choices you have. It applies to the PULS3 iOS app and this website.

7. Data sharing

8. Your controls and rights

9. Data retention

Data stored on your device remains until you delete it or remove the app. Encrypted sync data is retained while your account is active and deleted when you delete your data or account. AI-processing requests are transient and not retained by us. Pseudonymous analytics are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

10. Security

We use end-to-end encryption for sync, platform protections such as the iOS Keychain for credentials, and encryption in transit for network calls. No system is perfectly secure; please keep your device updated and protected.

11. Children

PULS3 is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the data.

12. International transfers

We are based in Australia. To provide AI coaching and cloud infrastructure, some processing occurs on servers operated by our providers, which may be located outside Australia. Where required, we take steps to ensure your data receives appropriate protection.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or on this page.

14. Medical disclaimer

PULS3 provides health coaching and informational guidance only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care. If something needs a clinician, the app will tell you, and you should seek professional advice.

15. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
