1 · You're on the list.
Spots open up in small batches, so it can take a few days. Nothing to do in the meantime.
Private beta · iPhone · invite only
We're letting people in a few at a time.
Drop your email and we'll send you an invite when a spot opens up.
We use your email for two things: sending your invite, and seeing whether people who sign up actually make it into the app. No newsletter, no sharing, and you can unsubscribe whenever.

2 · You get one email.
It has your TestFlight invite in it. You'll need an iPhone on iOS 26 or newer.
3 · You say hi.
The coach sets you up. Connect Apple Health if you have a watch or a ring, and the app reads your first week back to you, so you can tell whether it actually understands your data.
It's free while we're in beta, and you get the whole thing: eight specialists covering movement, sleep, food, stress, labs, care, and women's health, with one coach who speaks for all of them. Every day it gives you one clear next step instead of a wall of charts.
It's early. Some things will be rough, and when they are, we want to hear about it. Honestly, that's why the beta exists.
Your health data, history, and everything the team remembers stay on your iPhone. Sync between your own devices is end-to-end encrypted — we only ever hold data we can't read.
Coaching runs through a cloud model call and is never stored on our servers; no human reviews your messages. No ads. No data selling. Ever. PULS3 provides coaching guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
