Why people look for a ChatGPT alternative for health

We read 950 recent ChatGPT App Store reviews from Australia and the US on 24 September 2026. 170 gave one or two stars. For health, three problems stand out.

Re-explaining yourself

ChatGPT has memory, and 8 of the 950 reviews praise it. But 11 say it forgets what they told it, the Washington Post columnist below found it kept forgetting his age and sex, and in June 2026 OpenAI began replacing memory with a summary it rewrites in the background. In PULS3, each of the nine specialists keeps its own memory, stored on your iPhone.

Confident wrong answers

About 27 of the 170 low-star reviews describe wrong first answers, or answers that change when challenged. In January 2026 a Washington Post columnist gave ChatGPT ten years of Apple Watch data and got heart-health grades from F to B for the same question. PULS3 runs fixed safety rules and a second AI check on every reply. It says clearly when to see a doctor, and can say when your numbers look fine.

Usage limits

About 30 of the 170 say they hit message, photo or attachment caps on the free plan and feel pushed to pay. PULS3 has one price with everything in it: every specialist, the training program and household meals. After 31 October 2026, A$9.99 a month.

What you get with PULS3

A team that remembers, by topic

One voice answers you. Nine specialists confer behind it, from sleep to men's health, and each keeps its own memory.

A plan that exists before you ask

Each morning PULS3 builds a plan from last night's sleep and recent training, with the reason for each item. It tracks load across lifting, running, riding and swimming, and eases off before a hard session when load climbs too fast.

Changes that wait for your yes

PULS3 offers changes to your plan and never applies one until you agree. Back after two weeks off? It starts lighter on purpose. There's nothing to catch up.

Health data stored on your phone

PULS3 is privacy-first. Your health data, plans and coaching memory are stored on your iPhone. Coaching replies use a cloud AI model call that is not kept.
