Claude vs PULS3: a coach that works in Australia today

You wanted Claude to read your Apple Health data, then found the health connections are US only, need Pro or Max, and leave health out of memory by default. PULS3 reads Apple Health in Australia from day one, keeps a plan, and remembers your health by design.

PULS3 is an iPhone app where a head coach and nine specialists keep one plan for your day, and change it only when you say yes.

Why people look for a Claude alternative for health

We read 820 recent Claude App Store reviews from Australia and the US on 24 September 2026. 378 gave one or two stars. For health, three problems stand out.

Health connections you can't use here

Anthropic lists its health connections as US only, on the Pro and Max plans, and we found no announcement of them reaching Australia. PULS3 reads Apple Health in Australia and the US from the day you install it.

A memory that leaves health out

Claude's help centre says health stays out of memory unless you turn on sensitive topics, and 16 of the 378 low-star reviews say they must explain their context again. In PULS3, each of the nine specialists keeps its own memory, stored on your iPhone.

Refusals, including food tracking

About 43 of the 378 say Claude refuses requests or lectures them, and 3 of the 8 health-related reviews say it would not count calories or keep a diet log. PULS3 logs a meal from a photo, which you can correct, and plans a week of dinners for your household.

What you get with PULS3

Apple Health, in Australia, today

Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura or anything else that writes to Apple Health. PULS3 reads it from the day you install it, in Australia and the US, and builds each morning's plan from it.

A plan that exists before you ask

Each morning PULS3 builds a plan from last night's sleep and recent training, with the reason for each item. It tracks load across lifting, running, riding and swimming, and eases off before a hard session when load climbs too fast.

A team that remembers your health

One voice answers you. Nine specialists confer behind it, from sleep to men's health, and each keeps its own memory.

A check that can say your numbers look fine

PULS3 runs fixed safety rules and a second AI check on every reply, co-designed with Dr Jason Paruthi, MD. It says clearly when to see a doctor, and can say when your numbers look fine.
