PULS3 vs Function Health: a plan for the days between tests
PULS3 is a team of specialist coaches that takes the lab results you already have, from any lab or your GP, into one plan for your training, the week's dinners, sleep and stress.
Function Health, Everlab and Vively run the tests. PULS3 does no testing and sells no tests: it works from results you already have. Below is what each lists on its own pages, then where PULS3 is different.

Where PULS3 is different

PULS3 does no testing. Add a report you already have, by hand or from a photo, PDF or text. Check each value before it is saved, then ask your coach what it means for your plan.
One plan for every day between tests
Specialist coaches for movement, food, sleep, stress and recovery, mood, lab results and life stage share one picture of you. They keep one plan for your training, the week's dinners for everyone at your table, sleep and stress, and each specialist keeps its own memory.
A training program that reads your night
A training program sits under the daily plan, with load tracked across lifting, running, riding and swimming. After a short night, the training coach offers a lighter session. After a gap, it starts lighter. PULS3 reads Apple Health, connects to an Oura ring directly, and works with no wearable at all.
Life stage inside the same plan
A life-stage coach works in the same plan as your training and meals. In perimenopause or after menopause, Today leads with strength work. Read more in our guide to exercise in perimenopause.
Every change comes with its reason
PULS3 offers each change with the reason for it, and makes the change only when you say yes.

What happens after you install
- Tell PULS3 what you want, in your own words or by tapping a starter. "More energy in the afternoon" is a fine answer.
- Connect Apple Health, or skip it. You can add an Oura ring later in Settings, and add a lab report whenever you have one.
- Get your first plan. Today's steps for movement, meals and recovery, with the reason for each.
Already with Function Health, Everlab or Vively?
Keep it. They test and help you read the results. PULS3 takes those results into the days in between: what to eat tonight, and whether to train hard tomorrow. After a short night, it offers a lighter session, and changes the plan only when you say yes.

Does PULS3 order or run labs?
No. PULS3 does no testing and sells no tests. Add a report you already have, by hand or as a photo, PDF or text. You check each value before it is saved, then your coach uses the results in your plan.
Can I use PULS3 with Function Health?
Yes. Function Health keeps doing the testing. Add the report to PULS3, and your plan uses those results until your next test.
Can I use PULS3 with Everlab, Vively or my GP's results?
Yes. They keep doing the testing and the medical advice. Add their report, and your plan uses those results until your next test.
Is Function Health available in Australia?
As of 17 September 2026, Function Health's FAQ lists labs in 48 US states. PULS3 works with results from any lab or GP, wherever you are.
How much does PULS3 cost?
PULS3 is free for everyone until 31 October 2026. From 1 November, every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Seven days to see if it fits your week. If it doesn't, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. After that it costs A$9.99 a month in Australia, US$9.99 in the US, C$9.99 in Canada or NZ$9.99 in New Zealand, or 89.99 a year in the same currency. The App Store shows the price in your country's currency.
Is my health data private?
PULS3 is privacy-first. Your health data, chat history and plan are kept on your phone. To write each reply, PULS3 sends your message and short summaries it needs, such as last night's sleep, to a cloud AI model. Your backup is encrypted on your phone before it uploads.
