A Nori alternative that runs your whole week
Connected everything to Nori, and the numbers on your plan still don't match your watch? PULS3 puts the reason next to every item on your plan, changes nothing without your yes, and costs half what Nori Pro does in Australia.
PULS3 is an iPhone app with a head coach and nine specialists who keep one plan for your training, meals, sleep and stress, and change it when your week does.
Free until 31 October 2026. Nothing to pay until then, and nothing renews unless you choose to subscribe.

Why people look for a Nori alternative
Numbers you can't trust
Of the 55 US App Store reviews the public review feed returned on 8 September 2026, 12 gave one or two stars, and the most common complaint among them was Apple Health sync hanging for hours or days. A 4-star review from July 2026 said Garmin data was "way off compared to what my Garmin watch shows", and Nori's release notes for 2.2.19 to 2.2.25 list repeated Apple Health sync fixes. PULS3 puts the reason next to every item on your plan, so you see what it read before you follow it. A change is only ever offered, so a bad reading can't quietly rewrite your week.
Wrong data, stated confidently
Two of those 12 low-star reviews said Nori got their data wrong and then apologised. One, in February 2026, wrote "I'm starting to believe this is unsafe to use"; another, in August 2026, caught it tracking calories wrong. Every PULS3 reply passes fixed safety rules and a second AI check. It tells you plainly when something needs a doctor, and when your numbers look fine.
A different plan in every chat
One reviewer, in May 2026, reported getting a different workout plan in a different chat. PULS3 keeps one plan: a training program, a week of dinners, and a daily plan each morning built on both. Each specialist keeps its own memory.
What you get with PULS3
A program underneath the daily plan
Nori writes a daily plan. PULS3 runs a training program underneath its daily plan, with load tracked across lifting, running, riding and swimming. When load climbs too fast, it eases the days before the hard session. After a gap it starts lighter on purpose, then builds. There's nothing to catch up.
Dinner for the whole house
A week of dinners for everyone at your table, each checked against each person's allergies.
Specialists for women's health and menopause
Nine specialists sit behind one chat voice, including women's health, menopause and men's health, and they work inside the same plan as your training and meals.
Half the price in Australia
After 31 October 2026, PULS3 costs A$9.99 a month or A$89.99 a year. Nori Pro lists at A$19.99 a month or A$149.99 a year on the Australian App Store.

Switching from Nori
- Install PULS3 and say what you want, in your own words. "More energy in the afternoon" is a fine answer.
- Connect Apple Health. Apple Watch, Garmin and most devices already write there, and an Oura ring connects directly in Settings. PULS3 has no direct Garmin, WHOOP or Strava connection.
- Get your first plan, with the reason for each item, and a new one every morning.
