Scan a barcode, take a photo of the plate, or say what you ate. The food coach uses it in the same plan as your training and sleep.
Results you already have, next to your plan
PULS3 does no testing. Add a report from any lab or your GP, by hand or from a photo, PDF or text. Check each value before it is saved, then ask your coach about it.
Training, sleep and life stage in the same plan
A training program sits under the daily plan, with load tracked across lifting, running, riding and swimming. After a short night, the training coach offers a lighter session. Every change comes with its reason
PULS3 offers each change with the reason for it, and makes the change only when you say yes.

What happens after you install
- Tell PULS3 what you want, in your own words or by tapping a starter. "More energy in the afternoon" is a fine answer.
- Connect Apple Health, or skip it. You can add an Oura ring later in Settings, and add a lab report whenever you have one.
- Get your first plan. Today's steps for movement, meals and recovery, with the reason for each.
Questions
What is the ZOE app?
ZOE is a nutrition app sold in the UK and the US. You scan packaged foods or photograph your meals, and the app gives each one a score. In the UK, members can also buy a Gut Health Test for £199.
Is ZOE available in Australia?
ZOE's FAQ says it sells in the United States and the United Kingdom, with a waitlist for other countries (checked 11 October 2026). PULS3 is on the App Store in Australia, the US, Canada and New Zealand.
Does PULS3 score my food?
No. PULS3 logs what you eat from a barcode, a photo of the plate, or what you say, and the food coach uses it in your plan alongside your training and sleep.
Does PULS3 order or run labs?
No. PULS3 does no testing and sells no tests. Add a report you already have, by hand or as a photo, PDF or text. You check each value before it is saved, then your coach uses the results in your plan.
Can I use PULS3 with Vively, Everlab or my GP's results?
Yes. They keep doing the testing and the medical advice. Add their report, and PULS3 keeps your results next to your plan until your next test.
How much does PULS3 cost?
PULS3 is free for everyone until 31 October 2026. From 1 November, every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Seven days to see if it fits your week. If it doesn't, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. After that it costs A$9.99 a month in Australia, US$9.99 in the US, C$9.99 in Canada or NZ$9.99 in New Zealand, or 89.99 a year in the same currency. The App Store shows the price in your country's currency.
Is my health data private?
PULS3 is privacy-first. Your health data, chat history and plan are kept on your phone. To write each reply, PULS3 sends your message and short summaries it needs, such as last night's sleep, to a cloud AI model. Your backup is encrypted on your phone before it uploads.
