Delete your account
Last updated: 9 October 2026
PULS3 is made by PULS3 PTY LTD, Melbourne, Australia. This page shows how to delete your PULS3 account and your data, on Android and on iPhone. You can do it in the app, or by email if you cannot open the app.
Delete it in the app on Android
- Open PULS3 and sign in with Google.
- Open Settings (top right of any screen).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Read what happens. Tap Delete My Account, then confirm. The app asks you once more before it deletes anything.
If your session has ended, the app asks you to sign in with Google once more, and then deletes your account straight after. When it finishes, the app erases everything on your phone and restarts.
Delete it in the app on iPhone
- Open PULS3 and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Read what happens, then confirm. The app asks you once more before it deletes anything.
Delete it by email
If you cannot open the app, or you have uninstalled it, email [email protected]. Use the address linked to your account:
- If you signed in with Google, write from your Google account address.
- If you signed in with Apple and used Hide My Email, write from the address you used, or say so. We will write back to your hidden address, which Apple forwards to you, and ask you to confirm.
Put "Delete my account" in the subject line. Say which platform you use (Android or iPhone).
What happens next:
- We check that the email comes from the address linked to your account. If it does not, we ask for the least extra information we need to confirm the request is yours. We never ask for a password.
- When we have confirmed the request is yours, we delete your account data from our servers within 30 days. We finish no later than 45 days after we received your email.
- We reply to your email when it is done.
Deleting by email does not remove what is on your phone. Delete the app, or use Delete all local data in Settings before you uninstall, to remove that.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we delete from our servers:
- your registration, including your email address and any phone number you gave us
- your encrypted sync backups
- account-linked analytics and model usage totals
- conversation review copies, if you ever turned that choice on
- app step records
Deleting your account in the app also erases everything the app stores on your phone.
What we keep
Our database provider keeps an automatic restore history for up to 30 days. Deleted data can stay in that history for up to 30 days, and then it is gone.
We can keep totals that no longer identify you.
What we do not delete
Your records in Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iPhone) belong to you and to the apps that wrote them. Manage them there.
Google and Apple keep their own order records for purchases, under their own policies. If you have a subscription, delete your account and then cancel it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or in your Apple ID subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
PULS3 may still appear under Sign in with Google in your Google Account settings. You can remove it there.
Stop without deleting
You do not have to delete your account to stop PULS3 using your health details. In Settings, open Your health details and choose Stop using my health details. PULS3 then stops reading Health Connect or Apple Health and sends nothing more to the AI model. Coaching stops until you agree again. Data already stored stays until you delete it.
