EXERCISE COACHING
Training that listens
before it pushes.
PULS3 reads your workouts and recovery from Apple Health, checks them against how your week is actually going, and helps you decide when to push and when to ease off — then helps you keep showing up.

Most training plans assume every week goes to plan. PULS3 starts from the week you actually had: what you did, how you recovered, and what makes sense next.
It reads your steps, active calories, distance, workout strain and VO2max from Apple Health, and looks at them alongside your sleep and stress — because what you can give today depends on more than yesterday's session.
What you get
A clear next step for your training, in plain language, tied to your own data. Log workouts, tell the coach how a session felt, and get a structured workout plan when you want one — then watch it adjust as your week does.
Progression happens by conversation, not a fixed program. And it's built for how you actually move — walks, strength, sport, running — not just gym sessions.
Grounded in real tools
Before your coach nudges intensity up, it works through the PAR-Q+, the standard pre-activity readiness screen — asked in conversation, not handed to you as a form. Training guidance is built on the FITT-VP framework — frequency, intensity, time, type, volume and progression — using the Borg RPE scale, so effort counts by how it felt, not just what the watch said.
The evidence base is the Australian Physical Activity Guidelines, with their specific weekly minute targets. And an acute-to-chronic workload ratio keeps an eye on whether you're ramping up faster than your body is ready for.
It knows its limits
A coach isn't a doctor. PULS3 doesn't diagnose injuries or clear you for exercise. If something looks like it needs a professional, it says so and helps you get ready for that conversation.
Part of the whole picture
Training doesn't happen in isolation, and neither does your coaching. The same PULS3 that sees your workouts also sees your sleep, nutrition and stress, so it can tell the difference between a hard training week and just a hard week. It reads workouts through Apple Health — and when a session was recorded by Strava, Garmin, WHOOP or Peloton, it can see where it came from, because Apple Health passes that along. PULS3 doesn't connect to those services directly; it only reads what Apple Health already has.
Private by design
Privacy-first: your health data, conversation history and memory live on your device. When you sign in, they sync between your own devices end-to-end encrypted — our servers only ever hold data they can't read. When the coach needs a language model to reply, your message (and any photo you share) is sent through a pseudonymous proxy, used to answer, and not kept by us; no human reviews it. Read our privacy policy.
