NUTRITION COACHING
Knowing what to eat
was never the hard part.
Advice is everywhere. Following through on a busy weeknight is the hard part. PULS3 plans the week's meals around your household and adjusts them when life happens — connected to your sleep, stress and training, so you don't have to re-plan.

Most nutrition apps stop at logging. PULS3 starts at the next decision: what to make tonight, what to swap, what goes on the grocery list.
Before it gives any food advice at all, it asks about your allergies and dietary restrictions — and every suggestion afterwards is checked against them. That comes first, always.
What you get
A recommendation for your next meal when you want one, plus recipes, swaps, meal plans and grocery lists — grounded in a real food database, not invented on the spot. You can share a photo of a meal in chat when you want more specific guidance.
The coaching adapts to your stage of life: different needs around your cycle, during pregnancy, or through menopause and other hormonal changes.
Grounded in real tools
The evidence base is the NHMRC Australian Dietary Guidelines, with serve targets adjusted for your life stage. A Mediterranean-diet score — the evidence-based 14-item version used in the PREDIMED research — tracks how your eating pattern shifts over time, asked in conversation, not handed to you as a form. An optional AUDIT-C alcohol screen flags patterns that may warrant a conversation with your GP.
Food data comes from public databases: USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, including an Australia-filtered food database drawn from open data.
It knows its limits
A coach isn't a dietitian or a doctor. PULS3 doesn't diagnose or treat medical conditions. If something looks like it needs a professional — a screening result, a symptom, a pattern that keeps coming back — it tells you plainly and helps you get ready for that conversation.
Part of the whole picture
What you eat doesn't happen in isolation, and neither does your coaching. The same PULS3 that helps with your meals also sees your sleep, stress and training, so when a rough night or a heavy week changes what your body needs, the plan changes with it. Adjusted for you — not a spreadsheet of macros you have to manage.
Private by design
Privacy-first: your health data, conversation history and memory live on your device. When you sign in, they sync between your own devices end-to-end encrypted — our servers only ever hold data they can't read. When the coach needs a language model to reply, your message (and any photo you share) is sent through a pseudonymous proxy, used to answer, and not kept by us; no human reviews it. Read our privacy policy.
