STRESS COACHING

Stress you can actually
do something about.

PULS3 reads your recovery signals from Apple Health, connects them to what your week has been like, and adjusts your plan around the load — with real screening tools underneath, and a clear line to a professional when you need one.

Most apps tell you your stress is high. PULS3 starts with what to do about it: what it's costing you, what might help, and how your week's plan should bend around it.

It reads your HRV and resting heart-rate trends from Apple Health and holds them next to what your week has actually been like — because a hard week and a body that's had enough usually go together.

What you get

A read on how you're actually doing, plus something concrete to try — a breathing technique, a change to your day. Log your mood and energy, and the picture builds over time.

No moralising, no "just relax." It names the cost and asks what would help.

Grounded in real tools

PULS3 uses validated, self-administered questionnaires, asked in conversation rather than handed to you as a form: the PSS-10 for perceived stress, and a step-up screen for mood and anxiety — the PHQ-2 that moves to the full PHQ-9 when it's warranted, and the GAD-7 for anxiety.

These are screening tools, not a diagnosis. If your answers point somewhere serious, the coach says so clearly and points you toward real help.

It knows its limits

A coach isn't a therapist or a doctor, and PULS3 doesn't diagnose. For the moments that matter most — if a screening answer signals you might be at risk — a dedicated safety layer steps in with crisis support, every time. Some things need a human, and it will tell you so.

Part of the whole picture

Stress doesn't sit on its own, and neither does your coaching. The same PULS3 that reads your recovery also sees your sleep, training and nutrition, so it can tell the difference between a stressful week and a body that's simply run down.

Private by design

Privacy-first: your health data, conversation history and memory live on your device. When you sign in, they sync between your own devices end-to-end encrypted — our servers only ever hold data they can't read. When the coach needs a language model to reply, your message (and any photo you share) is sent through a pseudonymous proxy, used to answer, and not kept by us; no human reviews it. Read our privacy policy.
