What is PULS3?
PULS3 is an iPhone app that plans the week's dinners for everyone at your table, checks each dinner against the allergies you entered, and fits your workouts and sleep into the same plan.
This page lists what PULS3 does today, who it's for, what it costs and what happens to your data. It only describes features in the current app.

What PULS3 does today
- The week's dinners, for everyone at the table. Tell PULS3 who's eating once, from a couple to a family of 4 or more, and the week's dinners are planned for everyone.
- Allergies checked. Each dinner is checked against the allergies you entered for everyone in the house. It's a second check, so you still read the labels.
- Picky eaters. Tell PULS3 what each person won't eat. The week's dinners are planned around it: a dinner someone doesn't like comes with a version that leaves it out, or the night is re-planned.
- A photo of your kitchen. Photograph your fridge or pantry. It lists what it spotted for you to confirm, and when it plans your week of dinners it prefers what you've confirmed.
- A shopping list from the week.
- Training that fits your day. Your workouts sit in the same plan as dinner and sleep. After a short night, from your Apple Health sleep, your training coach offers a lighter session. After a missed week, it offers an easier way back in. Nothing changes unless you say yes.
- Wearables. PULS3 reads Apple Health.
- One team, one plan. Specialist coaches for food, movement, sleep, stress and recovery, mood, lab results and life stage share one picture of you and agree on one plan.
Who it's for
Families, and especially the person who plans the dinners. It works for a couple, a family of 4 or more, picky eaters and households with food allergies.

What it isn't
PULS3 supports everyday health decisions. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose, and is not for emergencies. When something needs real care, it says so.
Privacy
Your health data, chat history and plan are kept on your phone. To write each reply, PULS3 sends your message and the context it needs to a cloud AI model, including short summaries of your health data, such as last night's sleep or your recent steps. When you add a meal photo, a lab report or a kitchen photo, that image goes to the model to be read. So your conversations, these summaries and those images do leave your phone. PULS3 keeps no copy of those requests. Anthropic, which runs some of our coaching, keeps them for up to 30 days for safety checks, or longer if its systems flag one. No AI provider we use trains on them. Your conversations, your household's allergies and food preferences, and the names of items on your pantry and grocery lists are backed up to our servers so you can restore them, encrypted on your phone before they upload. If you turn on conversation review, which is off unless you choose it, we keep new coaching messages for up to 30 days. Turning it off stops new capture and deletes what we kept. Deleting your account deletes it too. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
