A scroll through the actual product
The screens, without the marketing.
Every panel below is a real iOS prototype rendered live in your browser — the same components you'd see on TestFlight. Today, deep dives across sleep, movement and nutrition, the weekly recap, an insight moment, a specialist hand-off, and the privacy model.
01 · Today
Morning briefing across nine specialists.
One screen. The head coach assembles the day from the team — sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, mood, hormonal cycle, recovery, biomarkers and care. Lit when there's something to attend to. Quiet when there isn't.
02 · Sleep
Deeper than a single score.
Stages, HRV, wake-ups, the shape of last night against the last fortnight. The coach asks what your day felt like before suggesting anything for tonight.
03 · Nutrition
Honest reads, not macros theatre.
Meal photos understood in chat. AU-localised food database under the hood. A next meal — not a diet, not a thirty-day plan, not a number to hit by Friday.
04 · Movement
Training that listens to recovery.
Acute-to-chronic load surfaced gently. Walks, lifts, sport — whatever you're actually doing. Deload, push or hold framed as a question, not a verdict.
05 · Weekly recap
A week, held in one thread.
Cross-pillar patterns surfaced as a question, not a verdict. Sleep, training load, HRV, stress, the small things you mentioned in passing — connected, with your context weighed in.
06 · An insight moment
Reflects before it recommends.
Surfaces what it noticed, asks what you'd connect it to, then waits. You stay the expert on your own life. The coach is the one who asks the better question.
07 · A warm hand-off
Knows when to step aside.
Coaches don't diagnose. When something needs a clinician, the coach says so — clearly, with a warm hand-off and what to bring to the appointment. No pretending, no gatekeeping.
08 · Privacy, in plain English
Stays on your phone.
Health data, memory, conversations — on-device. The model gets a pseudonymous, transient call for each reply; nothing is stored server-side. Lab and meal photos are redacted on-device before any cloud call.
09 · A peak moment
When something's worth marking.
The first run after an injury. A first night sleeping through. A lab number that finally moved. The coach knows the difference between data and a moment that matters.
